Project 365 – Day 56-59

Welcome! If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Today was such a beautiful day we rode bikes around the bend as you call it. While riding you found a tree that had dropped a lot of seeds to collect and the sweetest kitty in the neighborhood.

It was a stormy day again here and I found this beautiful rainbow during a break between storms fronts. I am so tired of the rain but I love to see beauties like this.

Thankfully the rain cleared today so you could spend some time playing in the backyard on your slide. I can’t wait until the rain is gone for the year and I can throw you out back to get all your energy out everyday.

Today we went as a family to the mall for lunch and to ride the carousel. You even talked us into buying a couple of new toys from the Disney Store. :)

February Monthly Layouts

Here are my completed layouts for February. If you would like to use the same template for your P365 photographs, you can download the free .psd file from my design blog here. You can also find a link to January’s template which is still available as well.

Happy Snapping!

Project 365 – Day 47 – 55

This is going to be a long post today. No, I actually didn’t forget or not have the time to post this week photographs, I just had to wait for the right time to post the Day 47 photograph.

As you can see, hubs and I got quite the surprise a couple of days after Valentine’s. We were told by doctors a couple of years ago the chances of us conceiving again we pretty much slim and none which made this so much more of a miracle and blessing.

I’ve been to the doctors and the ultrasound technicians and it looks like we are about 5 weeks pregnant. We still have a few weeks to go before we will really feel like we are out of the early miscarriage danger so I am officially taking it easy. No more diet and no more exercise, for now. I love being pregnant! LOL!

Today the boys and I went for their daily bike ride when I found this pretty little flower. I am so ready for winter to be over and spring to be in full force and this little flower just hit me like a ray of sunshine.

I can’t believe how much the boys LOVE their Lego’s. This is their favorite set right now, Lego City Police Station. They can sit for hours driving, playing and building around their headquarters.

The boys had quite the excitement today when a couple of ducks landed in our pool. I was so surprised at how close the ducks let the boys get to them before they flew away. The boys loved it so much they can’t wait for the duckies to visit again.

Hubs was so sweet today and pulled out all my pregnancy books from when I was pregnant with the boys. I had been looking all over for these and I am so happy he knew exactly where they were at. He is such a sweetie! <3

It’s that time of year again when the almond tree in our backyard is in full bloom. I love the blossoms on this tree and think they are so beautiful against the blue sky. Unfortunately though, the competition between the birds and squirrels don’t leave many almonds for us to enjoy. :(

It was such a beautiful day today the boys and I decided to finger paint in the backyard. There’s nothing like little monsters stripped down to the undies painting in the backyard to make for easy clean-up.

Look at those chipmunk cheeks! LOL! Kaden LOVES grapes and decided to put more than a few in his mouth last night. Of course, mommy wasn’t too happy with him but he still thought he was the cutest thing ever.

A couple of night ago we gave the boys haircuts again. Logan figured out I wanted a photograph of his new haircut and he decided to express his true feelings about having picture taken. That’s my little stinker!
