Happy Christmas Week Everyone!!!!
I can’t believe how chaotic it has been this past week trying to get everything ready before Christmas. I still have some more calendar books to finish, gifts to wrap and meals to plan. Ack! Just thinking about it stresses me out.
Letters from Santa!
I am so excited the boys received their letters from Santa over the weekend and as you can see the boys were very excited too! They wouldn’t let go of their letters for ½ an hour. LOL! We sat down and read them and the boys just couldn’t believe Santa wrote them a letter. I am so happy we decided to start this tradition this year and I know we’ll be continuing it for as long as we can.
Polar Express Train Ride
Another tradition we started this year is the Polar Express Train Ride. We tried to ride the train last year but unfortunately it was sold out. Everyone recommended we join the Railroad Museum to be able to order tickets 2 weeks earlier than the general public and I am so happy we did. When tickets went on sale they sold out, 5,000 tickets in 2 hours. Yikes!
The ride was extremely well put on and the boys LOVED it so much, except for sitting on Santa’s lap. LOL!

I so want to do this with DS, but the time is running short too many activities we have wanted to enjoy and just not enough time to do them all. Maybe next year we can put it on our list early before the weekends get filled up!
